    We are looking for a Customer Care Specialist to join our dynamic Telguard team in Altanta.  This is a full-time position and responsible for answering all customer calls and data entry of customer requests into the Telguard Message Center system for processing.  


    • Provide phone support to customers

    • Demonstrate knowledge and use of Telguard Products including Customer Service Application (CSA) and Telguard Online

    • Enter customer requests, such as registrations, deactivations, and changes into the Message Center system

    • Assist customer by providing support and information on Telguard policies and procedures

    • Filing of all paperwork within the department

    • Return Material Authorization (RMA) Processing

    • Assist the Marketing & Sales departments as needed

    • Assist Customers with billing as needed


    • High School Diploma required

    • Previous Data Entry & Customer Service experience is a plus

    • Must be detail oriented and focused on accuracy

    • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills

    • Strong knowledge of computer applications such as MS Word and Excel is required
