    We are looking for an energetic, customer service focused individual to join our team!

     

    The Corporate Office Manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our Chicago office, providing support in the areas of visitor greeting, facility management, meeting and event planning, administrative support, and other duties as assigned.  This position manages the office reception area and is responsible for responding to phone calls and company visitors in a courteous and professional manner.  It also oversees the ordering and stocking of office and kitchen supplies, and acts as a liaison with building management for security and maintenance issues.  This position will also include administrative responsibilities such as processing of employee expense reimbursements and organizing company records.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage office reception area, receiving and directing internal and external calls.  Greet company visitors and handle check-in procedures.
    • Receive and distribute company mail and other deliveries.
    • Work with building management and outside vendors to coordinate office repairs, cleaning, and other services.
    • Order office and kitchen supplies as needed to ensure these items are fully stocked.
    • Work with employees to ensure that common areas are kept clean.
    • Assist in the planning and coordination of office social events and large meetings (catering, printing, etc.).
    • Review and process employee expense reimbursements, and perform other administrative duties as requested.
    • Handle other special projects as requested.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years’ experience with office administration and general business duties
    • Customer service orientation
    • Ability to multi-task
    • Detail-oriented and well-organized
    • Strong written and oral communication skills
    • Demonstrated ability to deal with confidential and sensitive information
    • Computer literacy with the following Microsoft applications: Outlook, Word and Excel
