    The Regional Sales Manager will be supporting our SkyBitz Petroleum Logistics division and responsible for the development and growth of a client base through strategic outside sales activity. This includes prospecting for new accounts in a defined vertical, developing consultative relationship with clients, and managing ongoing account and territory activity.  This position will support the Midwest territory.  

    Responsibilities

    • Meet and exceed all revenue goals and sales targets
    • Develop leads and prospects within a defined vertical, securing new business through a combination of outbound telephone calls, online communications and in-person visits
    • Effectively present and demonstrate our full suite of products and services to new prospects and existing clients
    • Maintain consistent pipeline of existing and prospective business
    • Build relationships with enterprise customers through professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
    • Manage a travel expense budget effectively
    • Communicate effectively with management regarding business opportunity progress
    • Achieve an annual sales quota and provide reasonably accurate sales forecasts to management

    Qualifications

    • 5+ years consultative sales experience in Logistics or Software Industry preferred
    • Bachelor's degree
    • Has working knowledge of M2M market and telemetry
    • Familiar with Cloud based software-as-a-service (SaaS) business model and how to sell solutions, not hardware.
    • Experience with CRM systems such as salesforce.com.
    • Experienced with conducting sales webinars to perspective customers
    • A passion for sales and experience providing customized solutions to clients
    • Proven success in developing new business while managing and growing existing client sales
    • Competitive, self-motivated sales professional with excellent interpersonal skills
    • Proven relationship management and communication skills
    • Proven negotiation and presentation skills.
    • Understands and has sold solutions based upon an achievable ROI model
    • Petroleum Industry knowledge preferred.
    • Must be able to travel
