The Customer Onboarding Manager is a product and solutions expert responsible for the onboarding of customers and the development and implementation of product training strategies, processes and materials for the SkyBitz Petroleum Logistics business unit in support of Customer Experience goals. The primary responsibility of this position is to lead successful software and hardware deployments, meeting timeline requirements. Will be responsible for identifying training needs, creating, developing and maintaining all training materials consistent with latest product releases, technology changes, go-to-market strategies and entrance into new vertical markets.
This position requires strong customer facing skills to manage implementation resources and to provide value added training and consulting services while managing customer engagements.
