Overview

Telular Corporation, a leader in IoT and wireless technology, provides security, home automation, asset tracking, and remote inventory solutions for business and residential customers. For over 30 years, Telular has been providing connectivity solutions that allow people and machines to work together.  We are looking to hire a part-time Customer Service Specialist to support our Telguard Division located in Atlanta, GA. 

 

Customer Service Specialist is responsible for answering all customer calls and data entry of customer requests into the Telguard Message Center system for processing.  

Responsibilities

  • Provide phone support to customers
  • Demonstrate knowledge and use of Telguard Products including Customer Service Application (CSA) and Telguard Online
  • Enter customer requests, such as registrations, deactivations, and changes into the Message Center system
  • Assist customer by providing support and information on Telguard policies and procedures
  • Filing of all paperwork within the department
  • Return Material Authorization (RMA) Processing
  • Assist the Marketing & Sales departments as needed
  • Assist Customers with billing as needed

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma required
  • Previous Data Entry & Customer Service experience is a plus
  • Must be detail oriented and focused on accuracy
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of computer applications such as MS Word and Excel is required
