We are looking to hire a Customer Onboarding Manager to support our SkyBitz division in Herndon, VA
Key member of the Customer Experience team, the responsibilities of this position include leading training and implementations for small to large scale customers. The implementation manager is a product and solutions expert responsible for the onboarding of customers, as well as the development and implementation of product training strategies, processes and materials for the SkyBitz business unit in support of customer experience goals. The primary responsibility of this position is to lead successful software and hardware deployments, meeting timeline requirements.
Additionally, the Customer Onboarding Manager will act as first line contact across the company and customers for all product training, both online and in-person, tailored for SkyBitz customers, end-users and train-the-trainer. Responsible for identifying training needs, creating, developing and maintaining all training materials consistent with latest product releases, technology changes, go-to-market strategies and entrance into new vertical markets.
This position requires strong customer facing skills to manage implementation resources and to provide value added training and consulting services while managing customer engagements.
